Premier Design & Construction partnered with the homeowners to build a fully custom residence on their property in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The project included complete site construction of a 3,800-square-foot home featuring a 10-foot Superior Walls basement foundation, engineered floor system, 2x6 exterior wall construction, LP® SmartSide® siding, custom cabinetry and millwork, premium interior finishes, expansive covered porches, a two-car garage, large bonus room, cathedral ceilings, and coordinated interior furnishings and selections.
